The membership committee is responsible for a number of programs such as Brotherhood Conversion, Membership Retention, and also Arrowmen Involvement and Promotion of Lodge Programs.

The membership committee strives to assist members who are wishing to further their membership in the Order of the Arrow. Wether they want to become brotherhood members, relive their ordeal, or become more involved in the Lodge Functions the Membership Committee has a way you can help out.

Elangomat Program
The
e Elangomat Program helps people attain a better understanding of their Ordeal, specifically at lodge functions.
Those who help with the Elangomat Program will be presented with an Elangomat pin at the Winter Banquet. The pin is shown to the left.
